Criteria

Five weighted criteria

Autonomy
25%

How much of the SDR workflow the tool executes without human input — research, drafting, sending, reply handling, meeting booking.

Data Quality
20%

Freshness, coverage and accuracy of contact and account data — including intent and signal feeds.

Deliverability & Engagement
20%

Inbox placement, warmup discipline, sending reputation controls, and reply quality.

Integrations
20%

Depth of CRM, sales engagement and workflow integrations — bidirectional sync, custom fields, API.

Pricing Value
15%

Total cost of ownership vs alternatives at equivalent volume and outcomes.

Data sources

Where our data comes from

Every review draws on vendor briefings, hands-on trials (30-day minimum where access allows), buyer interviews (median 6 per product), and public product documentation. Pricing is verified with vendors before publication; when pricing is not publicly standardized we say "Custom pricing" rather than inventing figures.

Editorial independence

Independence and commercial relationships

Some links on Best AI SDR are affiliate links and may pay us a commission if you buy. Commissions influence which products we prioritize for review coverage, but never a product's score or position within a category. Scores are set by the editorial team before any commercial discussion.

Update cadence

How often we refresh

Scores are re-evaluated monthly. Major product releases, pricing changes and category shifts trigger off-cycle updates. Every list page shows its last-updated date at the top.
