What 'enterprise-ready' actually means
Every AI SDR vendor claims to be enterprise-ready. Almost none are. The bar is not 'we have a SOC 2 report.' The bar is: SOC 2 Type II with a clean opinion in the last 12 months, GDPR DPA that survives your legal team's redline, SSO/SCIM that actually works, role-based access, audit logs you can export, data residency options, and the ability to sign a real MSA in under 45 days.
By that bar, the qualifying set is small: 11x, Qualified, and (arguably) Artisan for the outbound side. Everything else has homework to do.
The Salesforce test
Every enterprise buyer we know has been burned by an AI SDR that 'integrates with Salesforce' by dumping activity into a custom object nobody looks at. The real test: does the tool write to the right lead/contact/opportunity, at the right lifecycle stage, with the right activity timestamp, respecting your validation rules and your duplicate management setup?
11x and Qualified pass this test. Most others don't.
Procurement and legal
Budget 6–10 weeks for enterprise procurement. Standard blockers: infosec review, DPA negotiation, MSA redlines, ABAC alignment with your identity provider, and inevitable back-and-forth on liability caps.
The mature vendors have all of this pre-built and will send you a package on day one. The immature ones will 'get back to you' and burn your quarter.
Our picks
Outbound: 11x. Best-in-class autonomy, real enterprise contract posture, dedicated CSM at $50k+. Assume $60–100k all-in.
Inbound: Qualified. Deepest Salesforce integration in the category, real ABM engine, procurement-friendly. Assume $50–100k all-in.
Honorable mention: Knock AI is nipping at Qualified's heels on capability and often wins on speed of deployment. Worth a look if procurement isn't the blocker.
What to demand in the contract
Non-negotiables in every enterprise AI SDR contract: SOC 2 Type II report on request, DPA with EU-standard SCCs, sub-processor list with 30-day change notice, data deletion SLA (30 days on off-boarding), and a source-code escrow clause is nice-to-have.
